Web Design:
Consultation: Start by scheduling a consultation where we will discuss the services you are interested in. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will send you our intake form for you to fill out so we have everything we need to start your project.
Your Part: Timelines depend heavily on response speed and how quickly required materials are provided. The basics typically include a logo (if applicable), photos, pricing, social media links or usernames, and any business information you would like included on the site. Depending on your project, we may request additional materials as needed. You may also need to create accounts, input payment information, and grant permissions/access so certain features can be connected properly. We will provide tutorials or guidance for any less common tasks.
Documentation: We will then send over our service agreement contract along with an invoice containing estimated start and completion dates. Once everything is approved, we will collect a 25% deposit before beginning work.
Timeline: Basic websites typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, while more customized projects may take 2-3 weeks or longer depending on complexity. As mentioned before, Timelines depend heavily on response speed and how quickly required materials are provided.
Publishing: Before publishing, you will have the opportunity to request revisions and final changes. Once the remaining balance has been paid, we will publish your services, and your website will officially go live!
Transfer of Ownership: After publishing, we will transfer ownership of the website to you. You will then be responsible for maintaining your Squarespace subscription and domain subscription to keep your site live. If you subscribe to one of our maintenance plans, we will guide you through granting us admin access so we can continue making updates as requested.

Lead Response & Business Automation
Both packages work similarly. You provide us access to the social media and other accounts so that we can connect, approve and improve your business’s social ranking, then you download a single app and get to see the benefits!
Logo Design
We can create or change your logo by giving us full creativity or you can describe what you would like, and we will make it for you.
