  • A certain number of customer reviews

  • Increased sales or revenue

  • Specific financial returns

  • Placement in AI-generated search responses

Any performance projections, examples, or previously published case studies are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee equivalent results.

5. Free Marketing Case Study Program

Dello Designs may periodically offer a limited number of businesses the opportunity to receive complimentary marketing services in exchange for participation in a documented case study.

Application Eligibility

Eligibility requirements may include:

  • Operating within an eligible home service industry.

  • Having an established, legitimate business.

  • Not consistently ranking among the top five Google Maps results for primary services in the target service area.

  • Having capacity to accept additional customers.

  • Maintaining a verified Google Business Profile.

  • Being willing to request honest customer reviews.

  • Providing photographs and content suitable for marketing.

  • Sharing business performance information.

  • Cooperating with marketing activities and periodic check-ins.

  • Agreeing to a separate written case study participation agreement.

Additional qualifications may apply.

Dello Designs may review and independently verify information provided by applicants.

Application and Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, enrollment, or receipt of free services.

Dello Designs reserves the right to select applicants based on legitimate program eligibility, available resources, and suitability for the case study.

Applicants may be contacted for additional information or an interview.

Program Duration

For businesses accepted into the advertised six-month program, complimentary marketing services will be provided during the agreed program period, subject to the executed participation agreement.

The exact start date, included services, responsibilities, and applicable exclusions will be documented before work begins.

Optional third-party expenses, if any, will be disclosed and require prior written approval.

Participant Responsibilities

Selected participants may be required to:

  • Provide necessary manager-level account access.

  • Submit requested business information.

  • Supply photographs and relevant marketing content.

  • Consistently request legitimate customer reviews.

  • Participate in periodic progress reviews.

  • Maintain reasonable communication with Dello Designs.

  • Provide accurate performance information when reasonably available.

Specific participation obligations, including any exclusivity requirements, must be included in the separate written agreement.

Case Study Publication

Participants may be asked to authorize publication of their business name, logo, marketing performance, photographs, ranking progress, and other relevant information.

A separate written authorization will define the permitted materials, disclosures, and scope of use.

Dello Designs will strive to present results accurately and will not knowingly manipulate performance data or fabricate customer testimonials.

Any required disclosure that complimentary services were provided will be made in connection with applicable endorsements or testimonials.

No Obligation to Purchase

Participation in the complimentary program does not require purchasing paid services after the program ends.

Any future services will require separate authorization and agreement.

6. Marketing Materials and Client Content

Businesses providing photographs, videos, written content, logos, or other marketing materials represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials for the agreed business purposes.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any legally required permissions or releases from individuals appearing in submitted content.

Dello Designs retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, proprietary processes, templates, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

7. Google Reviews and Third-Party Platform Compliance

Dello Designs supports legitimate, transparent customer review collection and reputation management practices.

Clients must not submit fabricated reviews, offer prohibited incentives, selectively solicit only positive reviews, or otherwise violate applicable review platform policies.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information and services represented through their online business profiles.

Google, social media providers, and other third-party platforms independently control their own ranking systems, policies, and account decisions.

8. SMS Communications

Dello Designs may send text messages to individuals who have provided appropriate consent, depending on the communication type and applicable law.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to inquiries and application-related updates

  • Appointment reminders and service-related notifications

  • Marketing updates, promotional offers, or service announcements where separately authorized
